Repair & Modernization of Baghdad International Airport Cockrill Generation Plant
This $8 million contract falls under the umbrella of the work to be provided by Bechtel International System Inc for the USAID Iraq Infrastructure Reconstruction program. Awarded to us in 2003, and currently under execution, it involves the removal of generators and procuring replacements. In addition, it includes the installation of an approved interfacing control system for the installed/repaired generator sets and the installation of low and high voltage cables and cable trays with cover.
Al Qarya Group was the sole contractor performing this task.
